Method
- Marinate chicken in turmeric, coriander, cumin, and lime for at least 30 min, but preferably overnight.
- Sauté the chicken until browned and thoroughly cooked and put into bowl.
- Mix the hummus and the yogurt together until smooth.
- Whisk salad dressing ingredients together until combined.
- Cut up tomato and red bell pepper and toss into salad with dressing.
- Toast the pita and cut in half.
- Put the hummus mixture, chicken, and salad into each pita half.
- Yummy!
