Friday 17th July – Braemar Hike and Pizzas

First thing this morning, Josh had his second cryotherapy session with Dr Tony. It hurt a bit, so Josh squeezed Felix’s hand hard! We had lunch at home and read for a bit before meeting Nic, Natalia, Harry and Eddie near the St Joan of Arc school on Braemar Hill Road. We walked along Sir Cecil’s Ride (named after Sir Cecil Clementi, one of only two people to serve as Governor of Hong Kong and Singapore) past the Mount Butler Firing Range all the way to the quarry, then through Jardine’s Lookout and home.

In between pizzas for dinner, we watched the original Mary Poppins in the spare room. It was a bit like a cinema! Mummy and Daddy had pizzas too with Nic and Alex. It was quite a late night, we didn’t go to bed until 10!

Now that is a slab of cake!
Afternoon of reading
It looks cloudy but it was still crazy hot.
This is how we woke up again!
