Thursday 23rd July – New ferry and Robotea

Today was not too busy. First thing, we went over to Healey’s to play Monopoly with him and Zaelia. We stayed there while Mummy had her Chinese lesson with Wing, then we came home to have our Chinese lesson with Wing! It was another stunning day, with very few clouds and scorching sunlight. The more beautiful it looks from the apartment, the more unpleasant it is to be outside!

Later on, once it had cooled down a bit, we took the 11 to the Central ferry piers to get the new Fortune Ferry service from Central to Hung Hom. The ferry itself was really old, and quite small. Not enough air con!

We walked from Hung Hom along the harbourfront to K11, which is a newish shopping mall. It’s quite different from most of the malls here and there are some interesting things to see. Today Mummy wanted to show us the Robotea shop – where robots make tea for you! It was pretty funny, especially when they dance.
